Villas fantastic, staff not helpful

Beautifull villas, views, decoration, facilities.

Staff at the reception was very rigid, they are giving minimum of information. They didn’t want to accept small amount of cash ( under 100 euros), although it is not specified that the place is cashless. All the information about skiing, shutlles to villas I found out in the ski school, ski rental shop. After initial experience didn’t even bother to ask any help on the reception. They don’t seem like the staff working in “hospitality”, it would be too long to write all the conversations.Road to villas is snowy and icey all the time, doesn’t seem cleaned. Some things in kitchen could have been cleaned out better(they were greasy).

Will come back for sure

Everything was perfect ! Great chalet

The best place to enjoy active vacation with your family and friends

Unbelievably beautiful wooden house with a great view, embedded into nature. Being there felt like a fairytale. The resort is set on a lake with a lot of possibilities to explore, hike and ski. Amazing 🤗

Some of the reception personnel need at least education in tourism, unfortunately.
