Very comfortable, clean with everything you need to help entertain the kids

Everything was perfect and we all had a lovely stay.

Incompetent host that discriminates against certain people. Wants to know information that's not relevant to the booking, lacks respect when dealing with people and believes he is entitled. Clearly has no idea that people could lead busy lives which makes it hard to answer calls at his convenience and believes he is the only important person. Don't go with this host if you believe people have a right to personal information privacy. When asking the host certain questions about the property, he is quick go on the defensive and ask why we ask those questions. Insight to future people that may book with this host (good luck!), here are some of the questions he asks: age group of the people staying, does your group consist of couples or singles, is your group young party goers, are you celebrating special occasions, are you hosting a party? Then goes to say parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Why even ask that question if its not accepted? Not sure the logic in that. If you're prepared to give additional to what a simple booking should ask, then go ahead. But if you're someone that values personal information privacy then you would be MUCH better off elsewhere. We were happy to pay good money to book this property but after speaking to a ill-mannered host, our money and time will definitely be better spent else where. He might even reply to this review saying its lies and make up some other ridiculous childish story but if you're reading this review, know that we are leaving a bad review due to the host.

All the little things - everything was thought through and available. I have never stayed at a home that had a whirlpool, table tennis and pool billiard plus theatre room and also had everything you need and more for a stay.

Not much - the only thing we felt bad about was that the spa was constantly running whether in use or not. Maybe there is an energy saving way to use it efficiently?
