Prachtig en statig pand dat met zorg en liefde in goede staat verkeerd op een goed bereikbare en centrale locatie in Valenciennes. We zijn warm onthaalt door de verhuurder die ons enthousiast heeft rondgeleid in het pand en de mooie tuin.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und Balkon im Zentrum von Valenciennes. Betten sind bequem. Wohnung ist blitzsauber. Olivier, der Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Er hat uns ein Upgrade in die Dachgeschosswohnung mit Aircon angeboten. Wir wollten allerdings lieber in der Wohnung mit Balkon bleiben.
Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar. Man kann jedoch die Türen weit aufmachen, was in diesem Hitze-Sommer auf jeden Fall ein Plus war.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Il s'agissait d'un vaste appartement avec du cachet, très lumineux, bien équipé, confortable, avec une belle literie, dans un immeuble historique remarquable.
Merci à Olivier de nous avoir proposé l'appartement le plus grand sans frais supplémentaires.
Olivier a répondu très très rapidement à toutes nos demandes.
Très bien situé près du centre ville et de quelques petits commerce, dont la boulangerie patisserie à deux pas.
Nous n'avons pas de remarque majeure. Juste un détail : comme la tv n'a pas de réception TNT, la web TV devait être utilisée mais avec quelques difficultés de connexion qui ont fini par se résoudre.
