The location and the staff
The mobile network is bad. Weak internet. I didn’t like the swimming pool (cold water)

Everything about this hotel is amazing and i am not even exaggerating.. Starting from the early check in to late check out, this hotel's hospitality is second to none..
You tube was working in both of the tvs.. That was a great surprise for us.
Breakfast buffet is better than any other hotel.. Reason is the presence of nuggets and fries almost every single day (kids favourite)..
We stayed 3 nights but as we arrived early, they gave us the arrival day breakfast complimentary.. Special thanks to the pakistani guy abbasi who was taking care of everything during the breakfast.
All the workers, bell boys, reception guys were generous..
General store is right with the property, all the fast food chains are on the walking distance.. Kfc, tajaz, al baik you name it. Pharmacy, restaurants all are on walking distance..
24/7 lemon water n gahwa is available in the reception, they have a beautiful traditional saudi sitting area set up, you can rest there and take amazing pictures..
All the Bangladeshi workers were so helpful.
Will always come back to this hotel..

Close to airport, good value
I felt it was a little damp, didn’t feel comfortable having my kids sleep
In one of the rooms. However it was fine as some of our group travelled back earlier so it worked out. Staff were lovely
