I found this Hotel on booking.com, and was sceptical about it, but location was great and the rooms looked spacious and well appointed. I booked it, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked in. It was a big beautiful room, which was quiet in spite of being right off the main road in the up market South Extn area of New Delhi. It is a safe area with the best shopping and eating right outside. The hotel staff is friendly and nice. Highly recommend you stay here. I will be staying here again when I visit for work next time. Fantastic value for money!

Stayed here solo for a weekend. The room was compact, but the bed was comfortable and the environment was peaceful. Great value overall.

Great hospitality. The first hotel that we've experienced in India. It is rated as a five-star hotel, but it is quite an older property and It shows. Based on the friendlinesd of service, I would rate it as the best hotel, mainly because the staff here really wants to please you.

The caretaker took extra care to arrange early breakfast for me.
The Fab customer care representative was very rude.. when I complained reg unavailability of breakfast, he said that I hardly paid Rs 200 for breakfast, it's not that relevant. He also said that if I complained more, he will cancel my entire booking without refund. With such rude reps,I don't think I will ever do a booking from Fab hotels website...
