The property was comfortable for two of us. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. Pero and Mika were fabulous hosts who were very attentive if there was anything needed. The location was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and was very peaceful. And we met some nice neighbours in the other 2 apartments.
Nothing to dislike really. It was perfect for two people for two nights.

Great apartment, spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are nice.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The other property was ok and located close to Dubrovnik. Please read below what I didn't like.
Didnt like the irresponsible attitude of the property owner. I had booked the stay for one night and my bank card was charged and I received confirmation from booking.com about the stay.
When I landed at Dubrovnik airport I got a message from the owner that the property was no more available. Well if that was the case why did he charge my card. He said I did not confirm my arrival time amd thatI have a bad communications hence the property was no more available. .My point is rhat once he has charged my card then why does he need me to confirm again that I am coming ??? Also about my arrival time, there has to be instructions on how to get to the property, and this is a standard procedure. I could not reply to him about my arrival time because I was in the flight. After arguing with him on messages he gave me his other flat but with no apology at all whatsoever. Does he think he did a favour on me by letting me stay in his property. If I had to stay somewhere else I could sue him for a good money.
