The staffs were cordial, specially Raj. He was always available when we called him. The property was at the side of Gorumara forest yet very close to the heart of Lataguri.
The breakfast room was small, menu were limited. If the property is full you will not get your space in the dining space. Also I did not liked miusic in swimming pool when you are staying close to the jungle.

Ambience, service, location.
Staff at swimming pool were rude .Swimming pool cleaning service was done even when we were inside the pool. When asked for 5min to 10 minutes wait time the cleaning staff argued with us that it was not swimming hrs.So proper swimming time has to be clearly mentioned at the swimming pool So that the visitors do not have to argue or feel uncomfortable while swimming and don't have to deal with rude behavior of your cleaning staff.

Excellent rooms, great complementary breakfast, cleanliness, polite behavior and room service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable reception staffs. Best property in Lataguri without a doubt.
