Good location. Clean.
It’s an apartment for 2 people, yet there were 4 glasses, none of which matched. It’s the little details like that, that are so important.
The mattress needs changing. The springs were digging into us.

Very clean , plenty of equipment including a coffee pod machine and condiments. The bed was very comfy , slept like a log

Very near to Euston station. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Also staff are accommodating, they allow us to do early check in.

The location is very close to the train and underground station.
Very glad there were fans in the room.
The hot water heating system was difficult to use. The water temperature would fluctuate between freezing and scalding even if you didn't touch any temperature settings. If you let it run a very long time, eventually it would settle on one temperature.
The back door was unusual and we couldn't figure out how to lock it and had to reach out for help. Including that information in the check in email or even a note by the door would have been helpful.
