Property feels newish the fittings lifts and everything about interiors is good and plush except the towels which look dirty and old likewise
The staff specially the reception is horrible , they make you feel unwanted and make you feel like you don’t belong simply judging my how people look and dress. Despite of earlier discussion to request for early check in they started asking for more money for early check in . There was no communication between the two reception staff , later when they realised I had already spoken they organised a room.
Then on day of checkout they really wanted us to leave by 11 and called us to remind that checkout time is not 12 rather it is between 11-12. then at checkout they said they can’t find one of the towels in the room and that we will have to pay for the towels . On further discussion we asked them to recheck as we are not towel thief’s . Whatever be their prior experiences with past visitors we felt we were treated abominably and suggest hotel to train existing staff or re hire better customer service oriented staff. We will never ever go again to such a place where we were disrespected.
