Location was great. We got enough space and beds in the property. Was great, that we got parking slot too.
Windows didn't keep the noice out too much. Because location, better soundproofing would be necessary, specially during the weekends. That effected to sleep comfort.

The place is comfortable, and the interior is lovely. It can comfortably accommodate up to four adults, plus one or two children. The location is excellent, and everything is within walking distance. One parking space is available in the courtyard, which is a significant advantage, as parking in the area is very expensive - after all, it is the historic city centre.
If you have more than one car, as we did because there were six adults in our group, make sure to download the parking app in advance so that you can pay for on-street parking.
We booked the place for six adults (three couples), but it was genuinely uncomfortable for the third couple. One couple had to sleep on a sofa in the room outside the sauna, where there was quite a noticeable sewage smell coming from the sauna’s shower area, which is separated only by a glass partition. The sofa was not particularly comfortable to sleep on either.
In addition, to reach the toilet during the night, we had to walk through the other bedroom. All the bedroom windows face the street. On the semi-basement level, where one bedroom, the sauna and the room where we slept are located, the window is small and directly at street level. As a result, there were problems with getting enough fresh air, thankfully, there is not much traffic on the street at night.
The sauna is, of course, a nice extra, but we did not use it because we could not see how it could be used while the third couple was sleeping in the adjoining room. It is also worth noting that the only shower is downstairs, next to the sauna. This means that everyone has to walk through two sleeping areas to reach it, as was the case during our stay. A few practical details are still missing. For example, there is nowhere in either the bathroom or the shower area to hang wet towels. This may not be a problem for a one-night stay, but by the second day it becomes quite inconvenient.
On the other hand, the price was very reasonable, so overall it was acceptable - we managed for two nights.
One more thing - I accidentally left behind an item that was important to me. After checking out, I contacted the host to ask whether it could be sent to me at my expense (between Baltic states). Of course, whether or not this was possible is another matter, but the host did not reply at all, which I do not think is very polite...

Todella paha viemärin haju, joka on varmasti omistajan tiedossa. Raju liikenteen meteli, ilmeisesti viereistä katua käytetään viikonloppuisin kiihdytysratana. Kaksi makuuhuonetta yhdistetty siten, että toiseen kuljetaan toisen läpi ja ainoa suihku on perimmäisessä huoneessa. Kahdessa makuuhuoneista on sänky, kolmannessa vain levitettävä sohva.
A very strong sewage smell throughout the property, which the owner is surely aware of. There was also very annoying traffic noise, as the street seems to be used as a racing strip on weekends. Two of the bedrooms have been connected in such a way that you must walk through one bedroom to reach the other, and the only shower is located in the innermost room. Two of the bedrooms have proper beds, while the third only has a sofa bed.
