A lovely place in lovely town

Beautiful location, great garden with amazing view of the palace. Nice size

WiFi was terrible. Internet was always intermittent and unreliable.

Amazing view and experience

Amazing view! Unique space with tradition high ceilings, incredible lighting, comfy bed, very nice bath tube, uniquely comfy wardrobe area, really nice coffee / kitchen area, very warm, a fantastic backyard garden with the most amazing view over the castle! The staff was also very nice and they let us store our luggage at their other location.

Would definately return to Urbino and Le Marche

We were very happy with our accommodation, very comfortable and the service from the office was very prompt . Loved the little garden Location was very good

We should have been advised of the very steep incline, with steps all the way up to our apartment!!!! We were given priority parking within the walls where no traffic is allowed , but for 74 year olds to have to drag luggage up the stepped incline shows lack of attention to clients details who have provided their age - when we left the office organised young assistants to assist us , so too this should have been offered on arrival .

Appartamento moderno, pulito e funzionale. Letto comodo, bagno spazioso, grande doccia e una bella vasca da bagno. Molto bello il giardino con vista sul Palazzo Ducale, sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. Abbastanza silenzioso e climatizzazione efficiente e discreta. Molto pratico il contatto via WhatsApp con i gestori, sempre disponibili e molto cortesi. Comodo l’accesso tramite codice.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio nel bagno potrebbe essere curato un po’ meglio e qualche accorgimento in più per la privacy interna ed esterna sarebbe gradito. Nel complesso, comunque, soggiorno piacevole.
