Cleanliness and location and working utilities. Came with all the amenities. Like the separate room and the washroom was well designed instructions were very clear.
The warm water was not fully warm.

It was super easy when we check in, the host help us with very clear instruction and when we need something to ask they response very quick.
Location from Dotonburi a bit far, but still ok, there is Train station about 500 meters ( Nagahoribashi via exit 6 )

Very spacious, excellent value for money, good facilities and staff are very professional and quick to respond. It doesn’t have a front desk like a hotel but to be honest it does not need one because the staff was very friendly and quick to help. I purchased a highchair and playpen for my baby and they were kind enough to allow me to leave it in the apartment for a very reasonable disposal fee much cheaper than the local recycling company! Highly recommended
A little bit dusty and the beds are not as comfortable as it could be but that’s a personal preference because I prefer very soft mattress and these beds had medium so for most people it would be perfect. If you need more cleaning you can request for a fee.
