The worst experience ever through a hotel apartment.

There's nothing to like at this terrible small size partition.

The host is arrogant, rude & has disrespectful behavior. I was harassed when asked for the amenities promised so she was furious. The Internet was most of the time down. The air-conditioning was not working, she lured me to pay more outside the booking.com so she will give me an extra discount. When I refused she locked me out and forced me to pay extra which I did to get my luggage.

Honestly, nothing significant. Everything was smooth and well organized during our stay.

We had a great experience staying here. We booked the room the same day very late at night after another accommodation problem and everything was handled perfectly. The self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made the arrival completely stress-free. The staff was extremely responsive, kind, and always available when we needed help or had questions. Communication was fast and professional throughout the whole stay.The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and felt newly renovated. The location was honestly amazing right in the center of Warsaw, close to restaurants, cafés, transport, and everything we wanted to visit. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here.

Worst stay ever. The property manager behaviour was very unprofessional.

All my packed foods costing 800 zl was thrown away from the refrigerator by the cleaners without any intimation or query. After I complained this to the property manager, she behaved very badly with me and didn’t provide me any compensation for this loss. I had booked stay for 2 weeks and this callous behaviour from them made by stay very unpleasant. The wifi is not good. It often drops. Cleaners don’t clean the room everyday nor they change towels. For someone staying 2 weeks, this is an unimaginable arrangement that the person needs to go through.

Great location and comfortable kitchen and bathroom.

Attentiveness of the host. They never text you 24-48 hours with information about the keys, as they promise, and can send information in Polish, even though I texted in English. I stayed twice and they never checked the information of the number of guests. I booked a room for 3 people and alsways had only 2 pillows, towels etc. Should the 3rd person sleep on the sofa without a pillow? Also, there should be definately some rules for all guests. I stayed twice and during the first time it was really clean, but during the second time I saw the dirtiest appartment ever, as other guests don't find it important to keep everything clean.
