Staff was not properly trained as how to treat, talk with customers.
When we pointed out expired milk packaging from the rooms ( for tea or coffee), they removed it but did not replace it so we had no coffee next morning. We also found spider webs above the bar (tea pot area) and tea pot was dusty.
