Everything was great to be honest. I only have one or two concerns, other than that it’s super convenient, safe and clean.
The water temperature. It’s never hot, always lukewarm or slightly cold which is not comfortable especially in winter.
The couch and bed are quite low, I think they should extend the legs of put platforms underneath.

It was clean
Prudence’s communication leaves a lot to be desired. I had to wait hours to have access to the unit because she was unresponsive and kept saying she was busy. And her checkout time of 10 is unfortunate and unfair especially given I started asking for access at 8am and only got access after 6pm while I sat at reception waiting for her to provide details. Security had to intervene for her to do so; and from the look of things, it seemed like common practice
