L'appartement est spacieux, en excellent état, propre, joliment décoré, super équipé, avec une jolie vue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil par Eva et sa disponibilité pour échanger via whatsapp. L'environnement était très calme, mais il faut savoir qu'il y a des coqs et des poules en liberté (comme un peu partout en Guadeloupe) dans le jardin et il ne faut pas s'offusquer de les entendre chanter!
Il y avait des travaux qui empêchaient l'accès direct à la petite plage, il fallait passer par le jardin de l'hôtel d'à côté pour y aller, mais ça restait tout à fait accessible! (Pour être honnêtes, nous ne nous sommes baignés qu'une seule fois en 3 jours car nous avons visité la région, donc difficile d'évaluer la plage)

- The beach wasn't crowded, but the sand wasn't very fine.

- The facilities are complete. The washer and dryer, in particular, are very practical.
- The water shortage issue mentioned in other comments has been resolved.
- There are mosquitoes. This shouldn't be a problem with the property. The homeowner provided mosquito repellent.
- There are cockroaches, but very few.
