Everything was great, the hotel is beautiful with its stilt-house structure, the breakfast is delicious and the view is lovely. Highly recommended.
If I had to find a fault, they go a bit overboard with the scent in the rooms and common areas.

La vista del lugar y de la habitación, es maravillosa! Daban ganas de quedarse en el alojamiento todo el día leyendo. La cama además súper cómoda. Volvería completamente, recomendado 100%.

The "palafito" house is really lovely. They kept an old-time ambience that matches the beauty of the house and the view from the dining room. There is a place to park (only for 2 vehicles though).
Staff was friendly and solution oriented.
The location is unbeatable, and encourages you to explore Castro by foot.
Management should prioritize attention to detail regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Upon arrival, the bathroom was not up to standard; the WC had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest, and the washbasin was dripping. While the staff was keen to resolve the issue and offered a room upgrade, I had to negotiate to stay in the new room for the duration of my two-night stay to avoid the hassle of packing and unpacking.
On the positive side, I appreciated their effort to find a satisfactory solution, although the initial experience was disappointing.
