The staff were very friendly offering a great service and the location is very nice. There’s a lot of parking space in front and easy access to different shops and city centre.

Frühstück nichts übermässiges, aber ausreichend.
Dame beim Empfang hat uns auch vor der Zeit einchecken lassen, genervt zwar, obwohl wir uns nur erkundigen wollten, ob wir die Velos schon irgendwo abstellen können.
Zimmer eher klein, aber nur zum schlafen reicht es.

Personal beim Frühstück war eher genervt, hatte aber selber mit dem Saftautomaten zu kämpfen. Die Logik von Auffüllen, Abräumen und Saubermachen hat sich uns auch nicht wirklich erschlossen.
Veloabstellraum mit nicht zu gebrauchender Aufhängevorrichtung. Wir mussten der Dame am Empfang zeigen, warum die Velos nicht aufgehängt werden können. Sie hatte beim Einchecken sehr darauf beharrt, dass wie die Velos aufhängen müssen.

Die Lage war super
Der erste Zimmer mussten wir direkt reklamieren, weil der Teppich extrem gestunken hat. Das zweite Zimmer war ok. Der Teppich hatte zwar Flecken, aber hat nicht gestunken.
