The location, the room was clean, the bed was great
I like to stay in a CitizenM hotel when I’m in Zurich. The room in Paris was really narrow and seemed smaller; made me claustrophobic so I decided to book another hotel for the second night. The lobby / living room area in Zurich is light (daylight) and has a nice buzz. In Paris it’s in the basement, and not nice at all.
