A Hilton should have more staff that understand English. Saysa (female, bartender) was wonderful.

We liked the pool. The room was lovely and had a balcony. The bathroom was beautiful.

There was no ice on the floor and no ice bucket in the room. We had to wait 5 hours for an ice bucket and a DO NOT DISTURB sign. Then we had to wait 10 minutes at the bar for a server to give us ice. The sprinklers went on every hour from 9am to 12 noon and disturbed/soaked all the lounge chairs and the sun bathing people. This happened on Sunday and Monday. It took 4 hours to get our wine and dinner and bill/check. There were 4 or 5 feral cats laying around or begging for food on the patio during our dinner. It took 5 minutes to get milk for our coffee because the server brought sugar instead and kept letting other people interrupt him on his way to the kitchen.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel! Nourriture médiocre et mauvais service. Trop cher.

Les chambres étaient confortables et belle vue sur la mer.

Le service au restaurant est pourri. On a attendu 2 heures avant d'être servis. Il a fallu aller chercher nous mêmes les menus. Ils étaient mélangés avec les factures. La nourriture était médiocre. Les employés avaient l'air bête. Autre point, la personne qui s'occupait de diriger les gens vers le taxi ne respectait pas du tout l'ordre d'arrivée des gens pour les taxis. Cela a pris pris près d'une demie heure avant qu'on puisse entrer dans un. Il passait d'autres gens (le même nombre) avant nous et qui étaient arrivés après nous.

The tables and furniture could use a wipe down before breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool area furniture also needed cleaning.

Für einen kurzen Stop war es super

Wir hatten das Hotel nur für 1 Nacht als Vorübernachtung für unsere Kreuzfahrt. Bei Ankunft war es schon dunkel. Ringsum gibts nicht viel, das Hotel selbst hat aber einen tollen Pool und ein bisschen Feeling vom Meer bekam man auch.

Man hat die qualmenden Schornsteine in der Ferne gesehen und der schwarze Rauch der dauerhaft Aufstieg…leider war der Balkonboden genauso.. Kohlrabenschwarz… waren dann unsere Socken und Füße und Klamotten.. es war einfach alles schwarz und voller Ruß. Wahrscheinlich stand der Wind schlecht 😆🙄

Fuimos buscando paz debido a que es un hotel relativamente nuevo

La comida súper cara, la música súper alta y fuera de concepto, el personal inexperto, la alarma contra incendio sonó varias veces haciéndonos salir casi desnudos y resultó que ya es normal que eso suceda. Aunque promocionan el faro como atractivo, este no tiene acceso a ello. Hay una pequeña playa privada al frente a la cual tampoco se tiene acceso. En resumen no hay nada que hacer en el hotel. Como si fuera poco, el personal del hotel me clonó la tarjeta, y la usaron más de 10 veces, se que fue en el hotel porque no la usé en otro lugar. Tienen mucho potencial, creo que por ser nuevos pueden mejorar.

Overpriced stay

The Pool Area was really nice. Spacious rooms

The Room was not really clean, especially the floor was dirty. The breakfast was a joke for 20 USD, overall it is not worth the money you need to pay for the room.

Initially we thought we had a good deal, it turned out to be a frustratingly expensive hotel.

The staff was very friendly. A brand new start for them (reportedly) so they were quite excited to receive the first clients

Booking.com 's good deal was quite misleading as the hotel has several hidden costs that made staying there unappealing, spoiling the whole experience.
