Rita who looks after the property is amazing and communicates well, it’s the owner that has the casual she’ll be right a

The pillows are absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. They are really polyester cushion inserts. The owner Andrea knows about them and does nothing to rectify on a permanently basis. We complained and Rita who is lovely got some from the owner but they are to be returned to the owner when we left. There is also a constant water leak from a pipe behind the double doors as you enter which has a plastic dish under the leak and it is up to those who stay there to manage it, ie empty the container which I did and mopped the floors, soon mould will be in existence and smell and of course extremely unhealthy, it looks like it has been like that for some time, all it needs is a plumber.

Decent apartment for a very short stay in Budapest.

The apartment is big, which is really good. It has a nice TV, kitchen - if you want to make some food at home. Apartment is on the walking distance from the centre 20-25 minutes, 10-15 minutes with metro that is not far away from the apartment.

The place wasn’t clean to my standards — there was a lot of dust and spider webs in certain areas. The kitchen also wasn’t very clean; for example, there was literally a dirty baking tray left in the oven, which means no one bothered to check everything and ensure the place was fully cleaned before the guest’s arrival. The shower also could have been cleaned better. The cushions were very uncomfortable — to the point where you couldn’t even sleep — so I literally went to the nearby mall and bought a proper cushion so I could sleep normally. To pick up the keys, you need to go another buliding that is not very far away (6-8 minutes walk), but still bit inconvenient, especially if you have suitcase and bags. But okay, not the end of the world. However, it would be great if that was communicated before the booking.
