Everything was easy. Check in was online, codes to enter were given online, you could either type this in manually or press a button on the account to open the door. The sound proofing was really good. In the corridor I could hear loud music from the other rooms, but in my room could not hear them! Very impressed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and the layout of the apartment was great. Plenty of cupboards to hang clothes and put personal items etc. I was there by myself but would be perfect for two as well. Very cheap considering it was in the town so very easy to get to the shops etc. There was a little visitor book which gave information on parking, places to eat, events and things to do which was very much appreciated. It also had the contact details for if needed anything from the host. Everything was perfect for what I needed. I didn't get to the accommodation on the first night till around 10-11pm at night, so it was great that I could check in online (you could do this pretty much from when you booked/paid) and get everything online so I didn't need to to get there earlier or anything to pick up keys which was a massive convenience for me!
With the actual accommodation there was nothing I disliked. It would have been nice to have friend over (I was there visiting a friend) so I could cook food for them etc. but there was a no visitor policy which wasn't listed on the booking.com page. Not a biggie as we ate out instead, when the email came through about the rules it said to reply to that with any questions, but I didn't get a response when I asked if I could have friend over. When I got to the accommodation there was a number to contact instead, so maybe they don't check/use the booking.com emails? I didn't contact the number when I got there though as we had already planned around no visitors allowed so I'm sure they would have responded there instead. It didn't take away anything from my enjoyment of the trip and that's the main thing :)

Wie nach Hause kommen. Sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an absolut nichts.
Kontaktloser Check-in funktioniert super und schenkt einem alle Freiheiten.
Von Waschmaschine und Trockner bis hin zu einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche inkl. Gewürze ist alles vorhanden.
Die Dusche könnte etwas neues Silikon gebrauchen und der Boden erwas gründlicher gesaugt werden.

Prachtig ruim en compleet appartement. Vlakbij winkels en horeca. Heerlijke bedden, super geslapen. Niets op aan te merken!
Hele avond in woonkamer met zeer aanwezig geluid ventilatiesysteem (vermoed ik) achter schuifdeuren. Pas laat in de avond vond ik in toilet klein apparaatje waarmee ik het systeem kon uitzetten. Hele avond flink last gehad van het geluid, erg jammer. Tip: aanwijzing hierover in informatiemap.
2 keer gevraagd of ik eerder kon inchecken (was al vroeg in de buurt). Geen persoonlijk antwoord gekregen. Wel standaardbericht in het Engels met linkje naar digitaal formulier waarvan ik al eerder had gezegd dat het technisch niet mogelijk was om dit in te vullen.
Eten besteld, vermoedelijk werkt de bel/intercom beneden niet. Misschien even checken?
Appartement prachtig, helaas wegens communicatie/informatie geen positieve ervaring. Ik hoop het ooit over te mogen doen, echt jammer.
