Home worked great for visiting Seattle. Exactly as described 3 bed - 2 1/2 baths. Very clean. Only gave 4 stars for 2 items - 1) No coffee pot! I am guessing it broke previously as there were coffee pods in the cabinet. 2) Full garage but was told only street-parking. I knew ahead of time that we were only going to have street-parking--that was in the description and we didn't have to walk too far to find a spot each night. However, I didn't realize there was a full garage and that the owners just didn't want us to use it? There was no lock on the garage door into the house so we unplugged the garage door opener for the whole time we were there as I didn't like the idea of someone being able to come into the home while we were sleeping (my daughters were in the ground floor bedroom next to the garage door into the house and my husband and I were in the master bedroom 2 flights of stairs up). Overall, house worked great as a home base for sightseeing. Price was really high, but it was the same time as FIFA so I am guessing prices were higher than normal.

Amazing place and location to stay for a Seattle getaway. My friends and I made a trip to watch a FIFA Club World Cup match. The place was very clean and great location close to downtown Seattle.

Alex is very helpful and responsive. He took the call when I had some difficulty with the shower temperature. The house location is very convenient and amenities are very comfortable

If you're planning to rely on the light rail for transportation, you may want to reconsider. We arrived by light rail and walked to the property, which was about a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the neighborhood between the station and the property felt very unsafe. "Sketchy" doesn't begin to describe it. We didn't feel comfortable walking there during the day, let alone at night.There also aren't any grocery stores or worthwhile restaurants within easy walking distance. As a result, we ended up renting a car for the rest of our trip and primarily used the property as a place to sleep.The property itself was spacious and worked well for our group. We also had no issues finding street parking. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.A few drawbacks: there was no coffee maker, the couch was uncomfortable, and the water pressure in one of the showers was very weak.Overall, the property was fine and offered plenty of space, but the location and a few missing amenities significantly impacted our experience
