While only minutes from Storyland, skiing at Attitash & Wildcat, and the shopping & restaurants of North Conway, you’ll still go home to the feel of a secluded mountain retreat each day. A classic example of the Swiss chalet + mid-century architecture common to the area, our cabin has the perfect mix of mountain touches and modern conveniences. The 1700sqft home comfortably hosts groups of up to 8, with three bedrooms, a loft, and two full baths. Family and friends often come together in the large open greatroom, where you’ll find the kitchen, a breakfast bar, dining space, and lots of comfortable seating situated by the woodstove. Outside you’ll find a large and private deck, yard, and firepit. What a great getaway and an amazing home. The location is perfect - close to everything but nestled into a very private wooded lot. The home is beautiful, all of the furnishings are super cozy and comfortable, and the property is thoughtfully appointed with all the basics and then some. This is a truly wonderful place and we cannot wait to return!

Loved everything about this home. So well stocked, it had everything we needed! It rained for most of our stay but we didn't mind hanging out here playing cards & watching movies. It's in a great location if you like to hike on trails off of 302. Will definitely be back!

Leeward Chalet was a fantastic home base for our trip to the White Mountains. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and having the loft for some extra sleeping space was great. Our primary reason for visiting the area was Story Land, and the house location was absolutely perfect - about two minutes away. The owner Jeff was super proactive about contacting us with information about the house and our arrival. And for us the absolute best part was the EV charger at the house. We've had such a hard time finding charging options in this part of NH in the past - the last time we visited the White Mountains we actually rented a gas car to drive up. So having the EV charger right at the house was amazing. We recommend the house to everyone, and especially to folks driving an EV!

We had a great time in NH! Despite the -45 degrees weather keeping us in for a few days we enjoyed the accommodations of the home. The wood burning stove was amazing!

Incredibly beautiful, very well decorated and súper cozy home, located in the best posible location, near every skii resort and all the atractions in the area. Jeff, was super helpful with everything we needed. We went looking for a nice White Xmas in the White Mountains and our holidays were beyond espectations. Definitly we will be back!

The house was clean and cozy. It had plenty of room for us all to enjoy. My grandkids especially loved the loft area. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay & was well stocked. Our host was great, checking in from time to time to see if we had any questions.

My family of 8 adults rented for a week in early August. The house had everything we needed including those necessities that you always forget (tissues, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, oil, butter, etc…). The great room was our hangout space as well as the back deck. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and be social. We also enjoyed the fire pit with ample firewood. The host was great at answering any questions we had and ensuring we were all set with everything we needed. The location is convenient to many destinations and very easy to get to. I highly recommend this rental for both the property and service.

A very enjoyable and comfortable place; spotlessly clean inside, upon arrival. We stayed six nights in June and would have done another week if we could have. The main space—like a big studio apartment with kitchen, dining area, and living room—would work perfectly for big meals and evening entertainment. The long kitchen counter doubles as a bar. The master bedroom is good sized and the big bed is super comfortable. The other two bedrooms on the lower floor are nicely sized, and the loft over the kitchen looks like a fun space but we didn’t have much reason to go up there. A group of four to six people would have plenty of space in this house. Big plusses: 1. Location: The property is roughly equal driving distance between Crawford Notch and Mount Washington. Fifteen- to 20-minute drives up Routes 16, 16A, and 16B, and up or down Route 302 take you to a variety of trails on state and federal land. Good and great hikes are everywhere. 2. Owner responsiveness: The owner was very quick to respond by text or call to any questions we had during our stay, and offered good suggestions for local resources. This is a split-level house; you enter on a landing, and to the right are stairs up to the main space and stairs down to the bedrooms. The driveway has space for several vehicles, but with more than one car turn-around space would be tight. Nice, walkable neighborhood.

The house was spotless and has all the conveniences available. We loved the patio. The decor is typically New Hampshire style that we enjoyed immensely since we are city people. The owner was extremely caring and very accommodating. We had a great experience. I strongly recommend renting this house for your vacation.
