HEATED POOL (at no extra charge), SIX PASSENGER GOLF CART (again, at no extra charge), WALK TO THE BEACH OR RESTAURANTS OR SHOPPING, PLENTY OF SPACE TO PARK MULTIPLE CARS OR A BOAT, BEACH PASS, SMART TVS IN EVERY ROOM, CHARCOAL GRILL, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, WASHER AND DRYER!!!! THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL! Slow M'Ocean is a 2018 built stilt home. One of the few new construction properties of Port Aransas! The moment you walk in you can feel the tranquility and beauty of this home. The home is a perfect getaway for large family gatherings or 2 families getting together or a small family looking for a big time! The living room has comfortable seating, a large screen TV, and a coffee table large enough to play games or work a HUGE puzzle! The dining room offers a cute, eclectic shabby chic table. The kitchen is well furnished with dishes and pots and pans and all things necessary for a small brunch or a festive dinner for 12! The HEATED Private Pool is a must in Port A! The pool is a 10x26 with a tanning ledge for you to lounge . The 6 passenger golf cart has the beach access pass and will allow you to park right on the beach! You can drive it downtown to dinner or just cruise the beach at sunset! Every room has a smart TV for relaxing at the end of a long fun filled day! We have included a few nook spaces where kids can go to "get away'"! The grilling and outdoor spaces are shady and the breeze is comfortable during the summer sunny days. There is enough parking for 4 cars, or 3 trucks. The beach is less than 3/4 mile away- perfect for a morning walk or jog to the beach and back. There are about 50 restaurants, bars, shopping attractions, the local grocery, and a ton of people/bird watching located less than a mile away.

Although the weather for the weekend was in the 30s and 40s, we still had a great time and were able to enjoy the heated pool! The place has a great assortment of games and all the TV you could want to have a relaxing time, even inside.
We’d love to come back and use this great place as our home base as we get out and enjoy the beach during the day.
We would definitely recommend staying here!

It’s always a gamble when you rent a place sight unseen. We were so excited when we arrived and ready to enjoy. Weekend at the beach with our extended family. The place was just as pictured! The golf cart was a hit, we did have to rent an additional one to accommodate our group. The pool was AMAZING and used the entire time!! The heat function, water features and the lights made it extra special! The grill was used the whole weekend! Plenty of room/space to hang out in the living room/kitchen area. All the things we forgot were there for use! Whew! All the beds were clean and cozy. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels! It was nice to have the washer and dryer as well as the towels got used quite a bit! Will definitely rent again when we plan our next trip. The location is close to everything!

This property had everything to accommodate our whole group ages ranging from 6-25+ We absolutely loved everything about it. The heated pool was a big hit with everyone. Golf cart was a plus made it a breeze to get around to the beach and for last minute items at the local shops. Will definitely recommend and will be back to this location!

This was our second year staying at "Slow M'Ocean ". Marsha, the property manager, is excellent and took care of everything. An ice maker was added in the garage which made the trip even easier. The house is an open floor plan, great for spending time with the family, and the 4 bedrooms give adequate privacy. Having a private pool, a 6 seat golf cart, an ice machine, and a full size grill on the patio made this an "all inclusive" vacation. And the beach is only 5 minutes away. We'll be returning next year for our 3rd time.

This was such an incredible vacation. The weather was pretty sucky but that did not stop us from having an amazing trip. The house is spectacular. It was so comfortable. Had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. The owner helped recommend some amazing places to eat. It was windy and yucky out last 2 days but the heated pool was great. The golf cart made trips to the beach super convenient. Will stay again 10/10!

Very family friendly property and beautiful to boot. We didn't really have to leave except to take the short trip to the beach using the cart that was available. It was also great having our own little private pool to use at night. It was well serviced and very clean. Owners are very responsive and made themselves available if we needed them. I would definitely recommend to others. We will be coming back!

We had a number of family from all over the US stay with us at Slow M'Ocean. The property and home in excellent condition with all the needed amenities. The heated pool was the best. Gold cart made it easy to get around and explore. The owners were very responsive to any needs at a moments notice. We will definitely book with them in the future. I highly recommend staying at any of their properties.

I struggle with this review because we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. It was cheaply, but tastefully decorated. The furniture could have been more comfortable.The home is large, plenty of room. The home was well stocked with most necessities. The host checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The pool was a bit dirty, and not working properly. Someone came and threw a couple pounds of chlorine in it and left. They did not vacuum it. There was two poles, but no dip nets on the poles, so we used a childs toy to clean the best we could. We ended up fixing the pool ourselves as they said they couldn't get anyone out until after we left. The furniture at the pool was cheap and frankly scary to sit in. There was cockroaches in the kitchen. The host offered to have someone come and spray but we requested to wait till after we left. We did not want to smell it our stir them up any more. They do need some better pans. The golf cart was handy, but rattled. The gas pedal stuck on it the day before we left. I had pulled the key out so not to lose it, so I could not get it to stop. Tried stomping on the pedal and ended up going backwards out ofvthe drive full speed. Thankfully no one was in the drive or the street. Could have been really bad. I was two houses down before getting the key back in to turn it off. Brakes didn't work well enough to stop it. SCARY! Needs to be lubricated.. The bathrooms were ok. They need some new rods and curtain rings. 3 1/2 star. Too hi

The house was very well stocked. Perfect size and location for us. The pool was a big hit in the evenings The only issue I had with the pool is the gate latch to keep my grandaugther out did not work at all. We were able to tie off but needs to be fixed, for safety reasons. Golf cart was a big plus. Will come again.

We chose this house because having our own pool for the kids to enjoy was a priority and selling point for us. The pool was small and not clean. It is understandable for pools to have beach sand in them. But this pool had trash in it. Water was never circulating either. It had Burrito wrappers and ice bags, dirty paper towels. Lots of debris on the bottom of pool as well. The garage had lots of floaties some should be trashed but I actually left a couple of large boogie boards. The cart was great. The Ice Maker never made one ice cube the entire week we were there. Handy outside shower and water hose to spray sand off.

The house was a perfect fit for us. The pool, golf cart, and ice machine were awesome perks for us. Not to mention the abundance of beach towels, beach toys, and chairs. The only issue, they did not leave us TP, but we had brought our own. The owner was very responsive, so if I would have asked for it, I think we would have gotten some!

We booked our trip to Port A last minute due to hurricane Ian's destruction of Sanibel Island in FL. We could not have been more pleased. The house was comfortable and bigger than the pictures show. The location was perfect being just a few blocks from the beach and less than a mile from most of the restaurants. The golf cart was fun too! Thanks Marsha! We hope to be back soon.
