If you are expecting a daily pool cleaning, this house is probably not suitable for you. The grill in the backyard and fireplace have propane tanks. We do not guarantee that they are full upon your arrival. If it is empty and you need to refill it, we will gladly reimburse you for the charge. It should be around 25$ at a local gas station or convenience store. Close to boat slips, golf, restaurants, and shopping. Keep the young ones, the big ones and the four-legged ones happy! The kids will entertain themselves in the pool or play a game of football. The guys will hang out in the tiki bar watching TV, and drinking a beer as they cook something wonderful on the grill. After dinner, maybe s’mores at the backyard fire pit. Even your doggy will be happy in the enormous fenced backyard. The Layout Tiki Kai has a split bedroom plan with an open living and dining room that overlooks the pool area, a gourmet kitchen, comfy beds, smart TVs, and renovated bathrooms. Tiki Kai comfortably sleeps twelve with queen beds in three bedrooms, one full and two twins in the fourth bedroom (kids' room), and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. A pack-and-play is available if needed. The Kitchen Easily whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We have pretty much every kitchen gadget or serving piece you will need.
