Situated in East Nashville, this attractive condo for $72 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summary: Escape to our tranquil vacation home in a quiet neighborhood, near Nashville's Broadway. Relax in cozy interiors with modern amenities. Enjoy comfort and sophistication with a luxurious full bath. Spend days by the pool and evenings by the fireplace, creating cherished memories. The Space: The fully-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals at home; we'll provide all the pots, pans, and bakeware you need. The smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allow you to log in to your streaming services. The bright, colorful bedroom includes a TV, clothing rack, and dresser for your belongings. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen-sized bed, as well. An outdoor patio provides you a relaxing retreat from the Honky Tonks of Broadway and makes the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. In the winter, the fireplace provides the same escape. THINGS TO KNOW This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: The property has plenty of open parking located directly in front of the unit. There are no assigned spots so pick whichever is most convent for you. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Guest Access: Guest has full access to the entire condo and all shared amenities offered at our complex. The Neighborhood: Walking distance to Broadway and all the Honky Tonks in Nashville. Tennessee Titans stadium is just over the bridge and can be easily walked on gamedays or for concerts. Two streets over is the new Sounds baseball stadium that is surrounded by restaurants and bars. Bowling alley and Top Golf that is all walkable. Getting Around: Walking is the best way to get around but if you don't want to walk than Uber or Lyft is the way to go. The other popular option is riding the scooters. Other Things to Note: ** The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season ** Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require key card to enter ** Key card will be hanging by the front door ** Pool is open from April-October ** Free covered parking on the premises ** We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the river bank and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray ** The complex does have a firepit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane

Me and my friend came for a quick weekend trip for our first time to Nashville. I was a very fun trip and we got to hit a lot of the places we wanted. It was a bit difficult to walk some of the places due to distance and at night there were some scary people that would make two girls walking alone very uncomfortable. Overall it was a great trip we just ended up Uber Inc. a lot more than expected the place itself was very clean and safe.

We had a great stay at this super cute getaway spot. Love being on the 1st floor, loved the decor, loved the location. We walked everywhere! (We are a family that doesn’t mind walking) the only disappointment was the lack of kitchen supplies. There isn’t a sheet pan, or any spatulas. Makes it hard to cook a full meal. We managed though! We would def stay again!

Perfect little condo for a weekend stay

Super easy to find and check in to! Location was close enough to Broadway we were able to walk home one night but we mostly used the paid scooters to get around. We went to a Sounds baseball game (super easy walk) as well as walking Broadway. We had a few concerns about cleanliness in the bathroom which our host promptly addressed and remedied within an hour of us checking in. We cooked in the kitchen while we were there. The basics were provided (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, olive oil spray, salt and pepper). We also went out and had leftovers so the microwave worked great as well to reheat. While awake, I heard the train one time and it never kept me or woke me from sleeping. The first night our upstairs neighbor walked with full force around his place for about an hour while I was trying to sleep. After that we did not hear him. The book left for residents to leave a note of their stay gave us great ideas to try to go visit in terms of restaurants or stores. Overall I feel comfortable staying here on our next trip back to Nashville!!

James was responsive with every question. There was construction going on but we knew that before the stay. Was a short Uber ride to downtown.
