This modern 2 bedroom unit is in an excellent position, across the road from a patrolled beach, Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving Club and a coffee shop one of the best coffees in Mermaid Beach . Complex has pool. The unit is close to the newly renovated Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, restaurants and the Convention Centre. Ground floor open plan living area plus a a large patio. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
We can organise linen hire, the linen pack will be delivered to the property for your arrival and collected on departure. Also available for hire cots, baby needs and beach towels.

No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.

▪️ General construction activity near some properties
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.

No air con but could have enjoyed stay more if fans were installed or supplied in living area. Only ceiling fans in bedrooms. Outdoors not very private, nice area. ..Location excellent. Bathrooms and kitchen good. and kitchen well equipped. Carpet definitely needs cleaning, or replaced. very soiled. Wasn't keen to have to take or hire linen and towels. Would suit young families more than seniors. Living area windows could not be opened - no security screens or fly screens on them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would have more so if fans or cooling system was installed.
