About this house rental
Newly renovated, very clean, quiet, private basement apartment setup. Tv in living room and sperate TVs in each room with all streaming services (must use own log in)

Front door and bedroom doors have smart locks on them.
Guest access
Full access to all spaces.

No extra guests
No smoking on premises! You will be charged if you are found smoking on the premises or if any smoking paraphernalia is found
Any smoking paraphernalia found will result in a minimum charge of $50
Clothing iron is located on table
by the bathroom.
Ironing board can be found in
each closet.
Quiet hours:
10pm-7am

$50 per stay (UP TO 5 nights)
$10/night PAST 5 nights.

Anika was an excellent hostess and was very accommodating when we asked to check-in a day early. The house was clean, quiet and in a great location. I would stay there again.
