This home sits on an exclusive neighborhood community and is quiet at almost all times of the day. We use a keyless entry so you can check-in and enter at any time (no key needed). We will send you the private code prior to check-in. While we understand the night life at Papas & Beer is unique and a must experience, we do ask that all of our guest be considerate of our neighbors and make the entrance back home as quite as possible. Street parking is available for additional cars This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, coffee pot, microwave, cooking ware, plates, cups, and utensils. We provide towels to shower and wash cloths as well. The home includes(2 ) 55" Roku HD Smart-TV's for the living rooms, 2 other smaller tvs in the rooms, WiFi and a computer desk. - Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. - Smoking outside only. - By Booking this Home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this Home. It is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will send you the Code and No need to Meet in Person. F.A.Q’s, (Frequently Asked Questions) What We Provide and What you need to bring. -Check-in is 4pm -Check-out is 11am -You can check-in any time after 4pm and as Late as 10 pm, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter. -Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm. -Late Check-out depends on if we have a new guest arriving the same day, ask the day off and we will confirm. -The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all. -The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking. -In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options. -If you are looking for directions or locations it is best to look up "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area and "Yelp" for Restaurants. We stayed here for my sisters wedding. Everything was clean, the neighborhood is great and everything is within walking distance. The only issue we had was the AC. It’s a split AC in the 2nd floor living room. The weather was hot and very humid. Unfortunately the AC wasn’t enough to keep the rooms in the 2nd floor cool and didn’t even do a dent on the 1st floor (family decided to sleep in the living room instead of using the bedroom downstairs). Other than that, everything else was great. Will definitely stay here again during cooler weather.
