How close it’s to the ocean. Still needs updates like adding a few chairs to the room and a mini fridge.

No chairs in the rooms or small table no fridge or microwave

The complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was extremely friendly. Down the street from the ocean

The pool looked murky, didn't get in. Dont assume room has AC/ refrigerator. Only the more expensive ones do.
