Situated in Enchanted Oaks, this lovely house for $205 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Experience the beautiful tranquility of this new construction Texas home only 3 minutes from Cedar Creek Lake. Situated 60 minutes away from Downtown Dallas. There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and community pier for fishing. Spend your days making memories, watching the sunset on the lake and making s’mores over the fire pit. **PLEASE NOTIFY HOST IF LAKE ACCESS IS NEEDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. ***

Home is decorated cute and was clean, except for fridge which was dirty on inside. The biggest issue was the door code never worked. And it automatically locked, so we had to leave the door open if we stepped outside and when we left for the day, we had to call the owner Every Single Time to remotely unlock the door for us. We stayed for three nights and never once did she show up to try to fix this problem but instead insinuated we were doing something wrong and couldn’t figure out how to put in a door code properly. There is no coffee pot so bring your own if that is important to u. Only one of the three outlets in the kitchen work. The main bathroom lavatory sink is clogged and slow draining so there is always a constant bowl of water in sink basin as u r using it. I tried to send a private message and give the owner a heads up about these things when we left but she just ignored it and never responded. Not even a “thank you for letting me know”. Only 1/4 roll of TP provided in main bath. If bedding is a concern, heads up that two of the beds only have a top sheet, no fitted sheet on bed. And one of the small rooms only has a fitted sheet and no top sheet. not a big deal, but giving an accurate review for others. The pillow provided on each bed was very thin and cheap. We all had to go get throw pillows from sofa to stack under our bed pillow each night to try to simulate a normal pillow density. The neighborhood is not pretty but neighbors r nice.

Used as an overflow for another lakehouse. It was perfect. So cute and extremely clean. Property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond!
