Guests with smaller breeds should plan accordingly to ensure their dog stays within the yard. RURAL AREA: Our neighborhood is located in a rural area. Just like people, animals and bugs also like being near the water. Our home and yard are treated by a pest control service on a regular schedule to keep the unwanted visitors to a minimum, to the extent that this is possible. It is not uncommon to spot animals such as a raccoon or a fox in the area. It is also common to see stray dogs and cats in all areas around Cedar Creek Lake. GARAGE GAME ROOM: Air Conditioning and Heating are NOT provided for the garage area. The temperature in this area of the home will be totally dependent upon the weather.
