The vacation apartment is located on the northeast side of the building, on the first floor of House 2 in the popular Seehof resort, nestled between the Baltic Sea beach and Schloonsee Lake.

Amenities
The apartment features a spacious living area with a double bed, a TV and hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror, as well as a balcony overlooking the well-maintained park. The hardwood floor with wide planks creates a particularly cozy living atmosphere.
This non-smoking apartment has free Wi-Fi and offers a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair for a fee.

Special features
Pets are welcome in this apartment.
For a fee, you can use the in-house washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron are available for shared use in the laundry room. The complex features a sauna, which is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. free of charge.

A private parking space in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully check your car’s dimensions against the manufacturer’s specifications in the "Photo Gallery" on our website beforehand. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the system is at your own risk and responsibility. The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 until approximately the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.
