Everything from booking to checking out was seamless. Mohammed met us at the property and communicated clearly about check in/ check out. He was helpful and easy to reach. The property itself was in a great location. Walking distance to the West End and great restaurants and the London School of Economics. It was modern, clean, comfortable and we had all the amenities needed for our 4 night stay. I would stay at this flat again!

Location was amazing and could walk everywhere. Was quiet too
The apartment was clean. I had two apartments and second floor apartment there was no complaints at all. Lovely and quiet.
We had a ground floor apartment, so the bedrooms were down a flight of stairs at basement level. I had the second room and used the bathroom in the hall, that was tiny. I am tall but I made it work.
The wifi in the bedrooms didn’t really work too well

Great property and great central location for sightseeing across London. This apartment fit our family of 4 well and provided the essentials we were looking for while visiting (washer / dryer, air condition, refrigerator & stove).
The hosts were great as well and were great at responding quickly to any questions.
The property is a quick walk to a few tube station and convent gardens. I would highly recommend.

Great location, very quiet area. The apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, beds very comfortable, showers very good, modern decor, excellent air conditioning which helped in the extreme heat that the city was feeling! Mohammed was a great host, very responsive to messages and was very informative on check in.
The only draw back, that I didn't read anywhere on booking, was that bedrooms were on a lower level, down a quite steep staircase which could pose problems for some people.
