Catherine (the owner) and her husband have renovated this French farmhouse to a really wonderful high standard. Modern, but in keeping with the building and everything about it was quality. Quality work and quality fittings.
Catherine arrived at the time agreed in the morning to cook us breakfast. Pancakes, patisseries, bread, cakes, meats, cheeses ………… we declined the eggs!! She is a wonderful host and speaks perfect English (and a few more too).
Caroline recommended a restaurant in the next village and kindly telephoned to reserve a table for us.
The accommodation has safe and private parking behind electric gates so very secure.
The main room (kitchen & dining room) is communal with potentially 3 rooms/6 people sharing this space. However, during our stay we were the only guests ,so had the whole expansive space to ourselves.
There is no restaurant in the village but a really good one is located in the next village 10 minutes away. We had an excellent meal there.

A really warm welcome from Caroline.
The building is amazing - really old but beautifully renovated.
Our room was cosy and perfect for a one night stay.
Breakfast was wonderful - everything was so fresh, and the homemade yoghurt was really nice.
We loved our brief stay and will definitely return if we are travelling these parts again

Host was lovely, very helpful, kind and generous. Everywhere was spotless with an excellent breakfast especially the homemade yoghurt and fresh orange.
