As soon as we get in we are immediately drawn to all the delicate and tasteful Moroccan style decoration. Our room was extremely spacious, very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Also very clean. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to our every need. This is a specially good choice for couples that want privacy but still want to be near the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu’s restaurants and busier street. The location was very convenient to do everything we wanted to do (beaches, restaurants, shops). It’s easy to get around with grab, on foot or with the property’s recommended driver. We really enjoyed our stay there and would totally be back!
We had minor problems with our shower that were promptly addressed by the staff upon request. Not recommended for people with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep and there is no other way around. The property faces a club/night club with weekly loud late nights, but we were aware of this from the moment we booked (the hotel got in touch with us and disclosed it - thank you for doing this, btw!), and it did not bother us that much at all.

I enjoyed my second stay at Segredo. It's well located in the center of Uluwatu, close to the main road, and great restaurants are nearby. The decor is nice, and the hotel is calm and clean. What else?

The rooms have so much character and are absolutely gorgeous. Their bathroom amenities are in glass jars and everything feels thought out.
The staff were lovely and always offered to clean the room.
The owner was really lovely in helping me with laundry during my stay and was kind in going above and beyond.
I didn't use the pool as I went to the beach instead, but the sunchairs are so cute on the roof top where you can look over Uluwatu.
They have a fountain of drinking water available for your use too
I don't think there was anything I didn't like.
