Very nice room and facilities. The service was amazing everyone went above and beyond letting me use a room after checking out to shower and stuff. Also any request made was taken to action straight away any time of day.
The only thing I can say is the one time I went by the pool it might not have been the cleanest but could just have been a bad time I wasn’t there much at all.

A wonderful hotel with spotless, spacious rooms. We were even upgraded to a beautiful penthouse with a private entrance, which made our stay extra special. The design is stylish, and the bed linen was perfectly clean and wonderfully crisp.
The staff deserves a special mention - they never said no to any of our requests, and we had quite a few! Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious, and we also really appreciated the complimentary 3-hour late check-out.
The location is excellent - just a 10-minute walk to Padang Padang Beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. We also loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery, which felt like a little jungle oasis.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
