Superbe emplacement (en plein centre-ville mais pas bruyant) et l’accès à une terrasse privée (principal critère lors de la sélection)
Il devait y avoir un toit sur la terrasse mais n’y en avait pas alors aucun endroit pour être à l’ombre sauf en fin de journée (la photo n’était pas à jour et retouchée). Il y avait seulement une petite cafetière italienne qui était trouée en plus. La vaisselle était défraîchie et en nombre insuffisant. Peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner. Distributeur pour savon à main vide. Aucun produit de nettoyage et de linge pour nettoyer. Aucun condiment (salière, poivrière, huile et autre qui sont essentiels pour cuisiner et qui sont présents habituellement).

L’appartement est situé à proximité du centre-ville, ainsi que du célèbre théâtre Cervantes.
Malheureusement, l’appartement ne dispose pas d’ascenseur et se trouve au 3ᵉ étage.
Il manque également une cafetière expresso.
Enfin, la terrasse mériterait d’être mieux aménagée afin d’être plus agréable et conviviale..

Sehr gute Lage, ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht.
Es ist etwas hellhörig zur Straße, aber das ist auch sehr spanisch.Man muss die Fenster wegen der Tauben geschlossen halten bzw. aufpassen. Eine allgemeine Plage.
