1.値段が手頃で、エアコンが良く効いていました。
2.事前にオーナーの方にリクエストしましたら、きちんと、要望に答えて頂きました。
1.部屋の一部の窓が、完全にスモーキングされていなかったので、少し明るかったです。
2.エレベーターが無く、階段が少し急です。

close to Bui Vien walking street, 24 hours reception, clean toilet & bath, very cold air conditioner
female dorm room at the highest floor so you need to go up & down several floors and many flights of very narrow stairs, overpriced
