This place is a very old building but inside the rooms were brand new. The combination of the old with the new gave it a beautiful look.
The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Andrea is a great host and was helpful with everything. Also gave us a map with an explanation about what to see and recommend some places to eat.
Our only one small downfall was there wasn’t a shelf in the shower to put our toiletries during the shower

The breakfast was decent
There wasn’t much to add to make it better. The host Andrea was very polite and you can tell he cared of his job to meet your needs.

Right in the central of Catania City , very near to all places of interest by a first time visitor. Premise was very clean and well managed by Mr Andrea . Seamless pick-up and transfer from airport to seaport. Very hospitable service. , continental breakfast well organized - cappuccino was awesome
Premise without escalator - might be inconvenient if guest carry heavy luggage/s . Might need earphone at certain time to reduce noise from traffic , market and the Square surrounding premise
