Had everything I needed. Appreciated kettle and fridge. Historiic area.
The communication could be much better at no extra cost.Firstly booking.com says check in 24 h a days. Obviously wrong. When I contacted the number about 5pm, a grumpy voice says Hello and appears to hang up. The check in info was promptly sent by text and was clear. Why have to go through the first stage. A simple pre-recorded message could say in a pleasant voice Your check in info will be sent in a text in the next 5 minutes. Also booking .com says a certain number of the street then I get a different number. Told not to confuse thennumbers.I find this condescending.

Excellent location.
The stair case was tight to get up and down. The building was a little noisy but it wasn't too disruptive.

Central location, not easy to find especially as there were road works being done and we had to go down a lane not much wider than the car. quiet area not far from cathedral and centre, try to find what must be one of the smallest chapels in Europe, it didn't look open but it was, very atmospheric. Not the best place we stayed, but very good value for the price. Yet another place that only supplies one small pillow per person.

Great location just abit south of the cathedral
The wifi didn't work when I was there. Owner didn't reply to my messages over the 3 days. The bed was also sinking quite badly.
