Breakfast was delicious, great variation and the food was fresh and well-coooked -- something that is often hard to come by with buffet-style food. Manisha is a credit to the hotel, a wonderful lady who couldn't do enough for me during my stay. All the staff are welcoming and kind, Manisha went above and beyond to make me feel very cared for and remembered small things about me and my stay to make me feel very special. Thank you Manisha!
The only challenge was that, due to the wonderful location, it was rather difficult to get a taxi. Most people come by car so I can't imagine it's a problem for the majority of guests but if you're travelling and relying on taxis, just be aware.

Everything! The views, the facilities, the staff are some of the best in the world. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible & I cant name just one or two people. Every single person at this property has exceptional hosting skills. The food…omg!!! We were a large family of 10, I’m pretty sure all of us will come back here.

We really enjoyed the views and eating at the restaurant! Our room had a beautiful large window with excellent view. The restaurant staff was out out of this world fantastic, as always or most times in Nepal. The front office staff needed to take a little bit more lessons on hotel etiquette.
Excellent stay nevertheless, we highly recommend staying there if you could be in the upper room, not in the lower one where your view is highly blocked. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the coffee is out of this world, and our server, Manish, was the best! Thank you Manish!
We did not like the cleanliness of the pool or hot tub. The place has many locals males in number of 5-6 being very loud and enjoying the pool together. Not that they shouldn’t, but we found our stay there to be either extremely quiet and peaceful, or extremely loud and not suited to the caliber of this hotel. Pool was freezing. Take it out of the resort hotel, you have to go through this immense pool of mud to get there. Very inconvenient.

Open view of mountains.
Able to hear voices and everything else from Huey’s next door. Could not sleep during my stay. Very noisy place. And despite the fact I inform I was not okey they did nothing to offer a more pleasant stay.
