Please, please ignore the bad reviews about the "dilapidated facade." This is just a sturdy old historic building with some peeling plaster outside.
The apartment has a cozy, nice new design. The separate bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and AC. The fully equipped kitchen-living area has a wide, comfortable pull-out sofa and A/C.
The street is perfectly quiet. Window shutters ensure great sleep.
Easy self check-in via a lockbox.
As an experienced traveler, I highly recommend it!
No elevator, so you must carry luggage to the second floor. Normal if you want to stay in a historic building in the old town center

Casa nuova, situata in posizione centrale a Carrara.
Letto comodo, peccato per le doghe che tendono ad uscire dalla sede.
Bagno nuovo e funzionale
Host, sebbene non presente, risponde subito.
Fare trovare bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo non sarebbe male

Piccolo ma con tutto l’occorrente
Camera da letto molto spaziosa, non si può dire lo stesso per il soggiorno, una volta aperto il divano letto non si passa più
Zona centrale e comoda
Via discutibile ma appena fuori dal portone c’è la bellissima piazzetta con l’accademia delle belle arti

La struttura esternamente è quasi fatiscente
La pulizia dell’appartamento lasciata molto al caso
Porta del bagno indecente, piena di ditate e di macchie
Divano macchiato
Mancano le zanzariere
