The location was very central to the centre of the village, free parking available a couple of minutes walk away. A few bars/restaurants and a bakery nearby. The area was very quiet at night, communication with the host was good with clear instructions, entrance to the property is at the top of 3 flights of stairs. The property was very clean and bathroom nicely decorated, kitchen adequate to prepare a meal if you chose to (for one night we opted to eat out).
An option to check in late would have been preferred. We cut short our trip to Nice/Monaco as check was only available until 19:00, when we arrived we had to call the host to gain access. I feel this could have been more flexible with the directions/code provided by text if the host would prefer not to be called after 19:00.

Sehr schönes, großes Appartment mit einem großen Balkon mit Aussicht Richtung Antibes. Man sieht sogar das Meer. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Es gibt einen eigenen Garagenplatz oder auch ein paar Parkplätze im Freien. Wir konnten uns gut selbst versorgen und in der Küche kochen. Der Pool ist riesig und eignet sich ausgezeichnet zum Schwimmen. Der Pool ist bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns bei Anreise begrüßt und bei Abreise verabschiedet.
Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr ruhig. Manchmal fliegen aber Flugzeuge über das Haus im Anflug auf den Flughafen Nizza.
