员工都很友好，乐于助人。前台的阿姨跟我语言不通，但也帮我打了好几个电话帮我问打疫苗的事情。非常感谢她的热心帮助！
有几个公区，感觉设计得不错。
厨房卫生间都比较干净。也有热水机，洗衣机，杯子盘子碗什么的都可以用，很方便。
住的人不少，只有两个卫生间，但好像也没有遇到排队现象。
每人都配有一个密码锁柜子。
地理位置很不错，门口就有个大超市，附近有好多公交车，附近也有不少平价餐馆。
很推荐入住。
似乎有几个长住人员，对短住的人态度不太友好。但这也不是青旅的问题。

The dark curtains and the firm bed allowed me to have a fantastic night's sleep.
Money has been spent toward renovations, including the showers and bathrooms.
Very helpful owners and management.
Probably because of how good Flats is, it is a busier hostel.

"The Russian speaking front desk staff member is nice and thoughtful. I said I needed a bottom bunk as I have bladder issues. He went out of his way to make it happen. Great customer service."
