The location was good for us just out of Orange. The driveway was impressive and steep. l loved the coffee pod machine. Great kitchen and plenty of room to move around. comfortable furniture.
Some attention could be given to the Garden. Perhaps the fireplace and chimney could also use some attention.

The contact with the agency was great, very responsive.
Kitchen well equipped.
Comfortable beds
The dishwasher was not working properly. We had to clean everything on arrival because the glasses had stains.
More wine glasses please :-)

Location was more convenient than expected - not that that was a concern when we booked; living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for the four of us; open fire was a bonus even though we had to supply firewood. Kangaroos and birds were a pleasant surprise.
Booking was managed via an agent, which was not optimum; written instructions were less than adequate; Wi-Fi and TV were problematic and only partially resolved prior checkout; access to the acreage beyond the accommodation was restricted. Steep access into the property was manageable albeit a surprise.
