CHị chủ rất thân thiện nhiệt tình vui vẻ dễ gần . Có máy giặt và chỗ phơi đồ rộng dãi. Hơn mong đợi khi đến . Nếu có việc khi đi phú quốc mình sẽ quay lại ở ks này. Ăn sáng 1 món nhưng khá ngon , sạch sẽ. Rất hài lòng khi đến SK.

Хорошая цена, просторный номер. Недалеко до пляжа. Был включен завтрак. Номер хорошо оборудован, есть все необходимое.
Муравьи в номере. Сильная слышимость - от дверного звонка до стонов по ночам.

L'hôtel est beau neuf une belle et grande piscine, il est propre et pas très grand. Ke personnel est très sympathique. Possède de belles salles de bains agréables.
Il n'est pas très bien situé il est seul au milieu d'une ville fantôme, il y a eu beaucoup de constructions qui ne sont malheureusement pas terminées il est donc loin de beaucoup de choses. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix.

The reception lady was friendly always smiling and came across like it was her home you entered. She is lovely. When we sent msgs via booking.com the responses were prompt.
Breakfast bread was fresh. Our fried eggs were cooked to perfection. Would have been nice if we could opt into having more as one egg isn't enough serving for most westerners. Watermelon served was delicious. We were offered coffee which j didn't want but our friends advised it was overly sweet.
Location: It's in a super isolated location. There is absolutely nothing to do. Walk around and there are just empty streets and empty non finished buildings. It feels so strange. It really impacted my mood. The streets only have locals on mopeds or cleaners go by now and then. The roads were extremely rough on our way there from the airport. After 1am there were no grab drivers available. So we ended up with dodgy taxi drivers which ended up demanding more money after dropping us off. Arrange your drop off in advance if you plan to land late in the evening. We had an absolute nightmare experience.
Hygiene: The bed sheets didn't seem like they were changed for a while. They didn't smell fresh at all. The toilet sink wouldn't flush well and always had a quarter full. The air con was blowing Luke warm. When having a shower the water simply splashes everywhere and the water flow almost goes to the bathroom door. I personally had to shower in cold water. Couldn't locate any hot water button to turn on the hot water. No matter what I did water was cold. There were loads of mosquito's in the lobby. I had to wear long clothes while having breakfast which made it very hot and uncomfortable. Also the reception and meal area are not air conditioned.
Communication: very hard to communicate as English is basically not an option. You need Google translation app which makes it so annoying going back and forth.
