Fresh smelling towels and clean apartment. Aircon was strong and quiet. Host was quick to provide all the entry requirements, like QR code for entry which is seamless. Host adapted to my other requests and made the overall stay very pleasant. Swimming pool is very clean and not crowded.
Am a returning customer - so nothing bad to complain about. Might be good if there are a few more hangers for clothes, but this is not a deal breaker.

Customer service was good.
The house dont feel clean. When we came, there were ants on the dining table and dining area floor. One of the ceiling fan was not working and we had issues with the wifi connection.
