Property is indeed near the beach, but not really front. A little bit hard to find, walking is the key.
Rooms are not that of good quality. No room amenities provided. Breakfast uhmmm just okay.

We liked how the staffs were very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check in early and check out a little later than the check out time.
The vacant lot in front has a foul smell.

I was not satisfied with my experience because I am currently injured and having difficulty walking. Unfortunately, there were no available options below the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, which made it very difficult for me. I hope there can be more consideration and accessible arrangements in the future for people with mobility issues.
